Learn how to plan your online meetings to ensure persons with disabilities can participate

With the increase in online meetings, conferences, webinars and other activities, the Accessibility Directorate developed this guide in 2021. It will help you to set up the meeting, including setting the time, providing helpful information on the meeting invitation, and arranging for accessible communications, such as American Sign Language interpreters and CART captioning. The guide also provides tips for the meeting host, an overview of making accessible presentations, and includes checklists for quick reference.
